Maha Shivaratri

The Pongal Festival was observed at our mission in a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving to nature. As part of the traditional observance, Pongal was ceremonially cooked and offered to the Sun God and to Nature, symbolizing appreciation for a bountiful harvest and the elements that sustain life.
Following the ritual offering, the prasadam was distributed among devotees and children, fostering a sense of community, sharing, and cultural harmony.
